Client personal information
As per our KYC and company policy, we collect personal information from our clients. During the process of opening an account, we collect your name, address, date of birth, contact details, income source and other relevant information. This information is collected along with our account application form. Other sources may be used where applicable.
Should you choose not to share the requested information, Ellipsys shall not be able to open your account as per its company policy.
Client information Usage
The primary purpose for obtaining this information is opening an account for the client. This enables us to keep you updated on matters including your account and any company updates, such as services and products. We may send you marketing information based on the information you have provided. You accept that we may use your personal data for verification, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering terrorist financing purposes.
Personal data will be kept safely, but may be disclosed to:

- Any courts, regulatory or other official bodies as agreed or may be required by law

Client information is held on secure computer systems and paper files. We have procedures in place to prevent any unauthorized access, modification, misuse or loss of information. Our employees are trained to handle client information with confidentiality and any breaches of this policy is taken seriously with necessary actions that follow. Information may be stored with even after a client relationship is closed as per our discretion and regulatory requirements. If the information is no longer required to be stores, we shall remove the same and dispose it securely.
Changes in Client Information
Ellipsys is required to keep client information up to date. We understand that information may change such as address and other personal matters which can be updated by contacting us or sending us an email.
Clients can request a copy of their personal information, and ask us to amend any inaccuracies.
