When you want to withdrawal money from your account you need to login to the Client CRM portal on our website.Click on the "Trading Accounts" tab from the menu at the upper side of the page and then click on “Withdraw”. Please always consider the amount you want to withdraw when you have any open positions as the amount cannot be more than the stipulated margin on the open positions. Also you can mail us at info@elpmarkets.com and request a withdrawal using the withdrwal form available on our website under Downloads.

Withdrawals can be requested anytime but requests after Mauritius 1400 hrs will be processed the next business day. Turnaround time is 1 – 2 business days from the date of receipt of the request.
When you submit a withdrawal request you need to consider that your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal. Free margin is calculated as equity less the necessary margin that is required to maintain open a position.
